What this site covers
This site presents iGlobe transportation services and lets you write to us or request a quote. It does not let you book, pay or track a shipment.
Requests and quotes
A request sent through this site is a request for assessment. It is not a contract, not a booking and not an agreed price.
The date and time windows you provide are preferences. Acceptance of the request, the terms that apply and the scheduling are communicated separately by our team.
Ticking the privacy notice box at the bottom of a form only means you have read that notice. It does not amount to accepting transportation terms.
Availability of the site and the services
The site may be interrupted for maintenance or for a technical reason. Whether a shipment can be carried depends on the route, the cargo and availability at the time of the request.
Information you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide: addresses, type of cargo, quantities, weight, access conditions and onsite contacts.
Incomplete or inaccurate information can change what is feasible and the terms that apply.

The text and images on this site are provided for information. They are not a commitment as to capacity, timing or price.
The liability rules that apply to transportation carried out by iGlobe are those of the agreement made for that shipment and of applicable law. They are not defined by this page.

Information sent through the forms is handled according to the privacy policy of this site.
Use of content
The name, logo and content of this site belong to iGlobe Transport & Solutions or to their respective owners. They may not be reused without permission.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you use it.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Québec, subject to confirmation by the owner.
